Directions to Lakewood

Lakewood is situated in the South West of England on the edge of the Mendip Hills. Less than 30 minutes from Bristol, Bath and Taunton and 15 minutes from the M5. With excellent transport links, you can arrive at Lakewood from Central London in only 2 hours.

We are less than 10 minutes from Bristol Airport, and could arrange transport to and fro by prior arrangement (Lakewood has several forms of transport, including electric cars).

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

COMING FROM LONDON on M4 Follow signs to Bristol (M32), A38 & Bristol Airport, continue on A38 passing Bristol International Airport and Holiday Inn. After 1/2 mile, turn left signed Blagdon. Then left again at the junction. In Blagdon, go up the hill to the Seymour Arms and bear right (Street End) up the hill. Lakewood is on the right hand side.

If you don’t want to go through Bristol, continue along the M4 and then join the M5, leave the M5 at Jct 21 – Weston Super-Mare and then follow the directions below.

COMING FROM NORTH AND SOUTH on M5. Leave at Jct 21 (Weston-super-Mare), turn sharp left on to A370 towards Bristol and Congresbury. In Congresbury, turn right at traffic lights B3133 to Langford / Churchill & Cheddar. Continue for 4 miles towards Churchill. At T junction (Budgens Local & Garage), turn right on to A38 to Churchill. At next traffic lights, turn left to Blagdon. In Blagdon, go up the hill to the Seymour Arms and bear right (Street End) up the hill. Lakewood is on the right hand side.
