One of the core values to Lakewood is local organic and fair trade food and we have recently been awarded with the soil association's gold standard accreditation in it's Food for Life campaign.

With our parent companies farming background, we even produce the vast majority of meat, salad and vegetables served at Lakewood, all this produce is reared and grown on our farms here on the mendips.

The mendips where Lakewood is situated, is a rich pasture area producing some of the finest foods in the country. We take the needs of our clients seriously and aim to provide the highest quality ingredients, cooked simply, close to where they were produced.

All other produce used at Lakewood are bought and sourced as locally as possible.

Our menus are created to enhance the ingredients we use, therefore we specialise in simple dishes which will always showcase the fine produce we use.
