Team Building

Lakewood is the perfect location for any kind of away day or team building event. The generous grounds are also available to hire for team building events and outdoor activities; we can arrange activities to suit any kind of budget and have some local companies we partner with Active Mendip, ACF Hospitality and Aardvark Endeavours to name a few.

We have an in house conservation team, who are happy to arrange a team building event where they can show and teach you the ancient art of dry stone walling and hedge laying here on the Mendips (a good way to offset your carbon footprint). Or why not use our ancient woodlands, and learn new skills “Ray Mears” style with Adrian Boots by foraging for food and cooking your own dinner/lunch.

We have our “Make a difference” team building package which has been designed around our in house team, therefore making an affordable but satisfying addition to your event.

With the Mendips on our doorstep, there is an abundance of natural team building events available, from abseiling down cheddar gorge, caving, rock climbing or canoeing.
